Directions:

  1. Soak sea moss for 6 hours or overnight. Add more water as the sea moss swells to make sure it stays submerged.
  2. Rinse well and add soaked sea moss to blender with equal amounts of water.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds at a time until you get a smooth, pudding-like texture. Adding more water if needed.
  4. For best results, store in the fridge in an airtight glass container.
  5. Sea moss will become gelatin once chilled. Keep refrigerated.Gel will last 3-4 weeks.

Drink Option: Add cinnamon, nutmeg, bay leaf, and milk. Add sweetener if desired.
Body Option: Gel can be used as a face mask.
